Return Policy

1、 RETURNS

If you are returning, please CONTACT US and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

• You may return any unused merchandise in the original packaging. within 14 days.

• You will be responsible for return shipping fees and the initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

2、REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, Returns will be refunded based on the original purchase price and will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3、EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged and allow one first-time exchange.

If needed, please CONTACT US and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4、CANCEL AN ORDER

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.

If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
